I want a NOAAport dish!

I want a NOAAport earth station. It's the ultimate solution to getting weather data. It's the same data feed and software that the NWS uses.

I need to find a C-band dish that can be mounted very close to the ground. I want to be able to hide the dish as much as possible. The computer part of it is no problem. I have a terrific Dell system with hundreds of gigabytes of storage. I will run CentOS Linux on the system.
